Our rosé wine originates on the southern coast of France, where the character, sunshine and freshness of the Mediterranean set the pace for the vineyard. The result is a premium blend that combines the essence of the two most iconic regions of French rosé: Provence and Languedoc. In Provence, the Mistral wind cleanses and refreshes the vineyards, allowing the grapes to ripen to perfect balance. Its limestone and clay soils lend the wine a vibrant tension and a subtle salinity that evokes the sea breeze and fields of lavender.
Meanwhile, the Languedoc brings the vigour of a land of contrasts, stretching from the coast to the Pyrenees. Here, the clash between the humid sea air and the Tramontane winds imparts a unique purity. The result is a harmonious wine that captures the luminous, fragrant essence of the fields of aromatic herbs through its three master varieties: Together, these three varieties create a harmonious, expressive wine, full of nuances.
Garnacha: The heart of the wine, contributing a pale colour and notes of fresh red fruit such as strawberries and raspberries. Cinsault: Adds lightness and delicacy, with subtle floral notes and a silky texture that balances the whole. Syrah: Brings structure and aromatic complexity, with hints of sweet spices and a mineral touch that lingers on the palate.
Finca Valeria White: The Harmony of the Blend
This white wine is crafted from a careful selection of vineyards in central and northern Spain, where the climate and soil combine to create a wine of great character. It is an elegant blend that marries the sophistication of the international varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc with the distinctive character of one of our most representative grapes: Verdejo.
In the northern regions each variety express itself with elegance and a wealth of nuances: thus, variety by variety, the wine is crafted, with each grape telling a part of the story, and the final balance arising precisely from that diversity
Chardonnay: Provides natural elegance, volume, and depth. From it emerge echoes of ripe stone fruit and a distinctive ability to integrate with barrel aging.
Sauvignon Blanc: The vibrant and expressive spark. The Atlantic influence preserves the grape’s natural freshness, allowing it to develop its full aromatic potential: notes of fresh grass, tropical fruit, and delicate citrus nuances.
Verdejo: The soul of Northern Spain’s white grapes, it brings notes of fennel, freshly cut grass, and white fruit to the wine, along with a subtle, slightly bitter finish that lingers and leaves an elegant memory on the palate.
